Not satisfied with a product?

We are committed to providing top quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund.

Procedure for obtaining an exchange or a refund:

Please mail your original purchase receipt, a proof of the product’s UPC code and explain the reason for your refund request to: Comerco Services Inc. 3300 St-Martin West, suite 300, Laval, QC, H7T 1A1

Eligibility conditions:

• Your request must be received within thirty (30) days following the product purchase.
• Limit of one refund per name, household or address.
• Offer available to residents of Canada 18 years of age and older only.
• The use of multiple addresses to obtain additional refunds will not be accepted by Comerco.
• Multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned.
• Refund is limited to the purchase price, less the value of any coupons or discounts applied, plus applicable taxes.
• Refund excludes any incidental or consequential damages, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.
• No requests from groups, clubs or organizations will be accepted.
